Podium Sweep at Malaysia Technology Expo 2026

Clean sweep on the national stage! 🏆 SEMASHUR sent ten student innovation projects to the Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) 2026 at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur, from 9 to 11 April 2026.

MTE gathered inventors, researchers, and industry players from across the country and abroad to showcase applied technology and product innovation. The school walked away with a full haul — 5 gold, 2 silver, and 3 bronze.

🥇 The gold-winning projects were BioMap, TrackedUTech, Yammi-Seal, Peeluxe Cookies, and Arodihue, each highlighting the school's push in bio-based materials, edutech, and sustainable consumer products. 🥈 Silver honours went to Fibro-Paver and Terraleather for exploring alternative materials in construction and lifestyle, while 🥉 bronze medals were secured by Fruiticle Paper, Corenjiticide, and Sunper.

The clean sweep across all three medal tiers reinforces SEMASHUR's growing reputation as one of the most consistent science boarding schools on the national STEM circuit.
