Dewan Titiwangsa, SEMASHUR

Healthy Minds Intervention Programme with the Klinik Kesihatan Rasa Youth Health Team

Mental health is not a side topic. For a full day at Dewan Titiwangsa, the PKMR team taught students to manage emotions and stress — and when to ask for help.

Main Overview

On 8 September 2026, from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm, every student from Form 1 to Form 4 gathered at Dewan Titiwangsa for the Healthy Minds Intervention Programme, organised by the Guidance and Counselling Unit with the PKMR team from Klinik Kesihatan Rasa. 💚

It ran in two sessions: a General Intervention for 600 students in the morning, then a Targeted Intervention for 100 students from 10.30 am.

Students learned about managing emotions and stress, positive coping skills, and why it matters to seek help when facing problems or challenges.

The PKMR team helped students see that caring for mental health is part of a balanced life. The programme was well received — and the hope is to run it regularly, so that looking out for mental health becomes second nature across the school. 🌿 #SEMASHUR #SEMASHURSeindahNama #HealthyMinds #MentalHealth #PKMR
