Science Castle Malaysia Innovation Competition 2026 (Sarawak)

Eight projects walked onto the stage. Eight came home with medals. That is the scoreboard our SEMASHUR innovation contingent brought back from Science Castle Malaysia 2026! 🏆

From 15 to 19 April 2026, our students went head-to-head at UiTM Kota Samarahan, Sarawak, on a national stage built to spotlight original student-led science research and inventions.

Leading the pack was ECO-ABSORB, which not only took the Gold Award but was also named the winner of the Best Poster Award. In the Silver bracket, INCLU-ID and HUSKBURNER added more shine to the tally. 🥈

Five more projects — ARODIHUE, SIMI-AWAY, YAMMI-SEAL, CITRAL-CE and LOOFUBBLES — brought home Bronze Awards, rounding off a perfect eight-medal haul for SEMASHUR. 🥉
